PARROT London Interchangeable Demi-Fine Charm Hoop Earrings are all designed in London by jewellery fanatic Flora Edward (that's me!). After writing a jewellery blog (Jewellery for Breakfast) for over a year, I found that I was seeing a lot of the same sort of jewellery available and I knew that I wanted to create something different.
I don't much like being told how to wear my jewellery, and nor should you. That's why all of the PARROT London Charms and Hoops are totally interchangeable. All of the Charms will fit on your Hoops, and so your collection never needs to stop growing as you can switch up your style daily.
All of my designs are brought to life and produced by hand in a family-run workshop in Jaipur, India. PARROT London is an ethical and sustainable brand and exclusively uses recycled sterling silver and 18ct gold vermeil plating to make your Charm Hoop earrings.
All of the stones used for PARROT London Charms are semi-precious. They are made by the Earth totally naturally (I'm in awe) and therefore may differ in appearance from the photo taken on the website. PARROT London is also proud to be plastic free! It's the way forward, and beautiful jewellery shouldn't compromise our planet. Your Hoops & Charms will all come gift wrapped (sustainability doesn't have to be ugly!) but all of our packaging is recyclable.

I recommend you never wear your earrings in the sea, shower, pool or any great body of water you should find yourself in! Pop your earrings to the side before you go for a dip to ensure they stay shiny and to make sure the gold vermeil plating does not wear.
Keep your PARROT London Hoops and Charms somewhere safe and dry (they're only little!) and take care to ensure they avoid creams, perfumes and lotions when you wear them.
Please contact email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will issue you with the returns address.
The buyer is responsible for shipping their return within 7 days of receiving our returns address. Any items shipped after that will be accepted at our discretion. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note items marked in the SALE are non-refundable.
Charms which have been returned in the original packaging and are unworn will be refunded.
Hoops WILL NOT be refunded due to hygiene reasons unless faulty.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back. PARROT London is not responsible for any return shipping costs or customs and duties reimbursement. We recommend you send back any returns using a signed for postal service. Once we have received your return, it will be processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 7 days from the date of your return being processed for the refund to credit your original method of payment. PARROT London reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.
Alternatively, if your product is faulty or not as described and a period of more than 30 days has elapsed, then you are entitled to request a replacement or a repair. If your Products cannot be repaired or replaced by us then you are entitled to request a refund within six months from the date that you received the Product. Products returned in this way should have their original tags attached, and we reserve the right to reject refund requests which relate to goods which have been damaged by customers while being worn.
If you are entitled to receive a refund in this way and you are a customer located in the EU then you will also receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products.
We will process your refund as soon as possible after receiving the returned faulty product from you and confirming the reported fault and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day of receiving it and making that confirmation.
Please note that we reserve the right, in certain jurisdictions, to suspend the granting of refunds during certain periods of the year at which we experience particularly high demand.
Should the Customer′s chosen courier fail to deliver or lose their return parcel, it is the Customer′s responsibility to claim compensation from their chosen Courier directly. PARROT London is not liable for any lost returns.
My jewellery is faulty, what should I do?
All of PARROT London's Hoops & Charms are checked carefully before shipment.
We can offer a refund or exchange your item within 7 days of purchase if your Hoops or Charms are faulty. We need to be notified as soon as you receive the package. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details.
PARROT London Hoops and Charms are made by hand so there may be minor imperfections to the pieces which is what makes them unique. No two pieces are identical in many cases.
